We Are Hiring: Content Creator Intern (Paid) — Chiya Spot

Location: Multiple branches (assignment may vary based on business needs)

Duration: 3 months, with possibility of extension

Type: Paid Internship

Chiya Spot is one of the leading names in the tea and café business, with five successful branches currently in operation and a sixth branch opening soon. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator Intern to help shape our online presence and connect with our growing community.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit content, including photos, reels, and videos, for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Visit branches to capture behind-the-scenes moments, new menu items, and customer experiences
Write captions and social media copy consistent with the brand's tone and voice
Support content planning and execution for the launch of the sixth branch
Monitor social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and events
Track and report on content performance and engagement metrics

Requirements

Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing
Basic proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Pro
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Willingness to work on location across different branches
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Access to a personal smartphone or camera preferred
