Job Description
VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT” Assistant Account Manager for Manufacturing Industry in Kalanki,Kathmandu.

*Experience: 3-4 Years of experience as a as a Sr accountant or relevant experience in accounting/finance
-Key Responsibilities
• Verify and process employee expense claims and reimbursements within the defined turnaround time.
• Prepare and coordinate the weekly local vendor payment plan and ensure payment execution on time.
• Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports for BCPL within the defined timeline.
• Conduct semi-annual balance confirmation with local vendors and maintain proper reconciliation records.
• Follow up with the Customs Department, Law Firm, and other relevant authorities as required.
• Review vendor advances and staff advances and ensure compliance with the company’s accounts and advance policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding outstanding payments, supporting documents, and account-related queries.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, payment records, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Assist the Account Manager in month-end closing, reconciliations, and other accounting activities as required.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Semi Qualified CA
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
• Experience in multi-branch operations and MIS reporting preferred
• Advance Excel knowledge
• Strong knowledge of accounting controls, compliance & reporting
