Employees are encouraged to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Rajbiraj. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, monitoring workflows on the shop floor, and ensuring that quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met. Tasks include assigning duties to team members, tracking output against production targets, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to resolve operational issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing basic operational reports, and supporting inventory control and resource allocation. The Supervisor will guide and support team members, help train new staff on procedures, and escalate issues to management when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in supervising teams in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant operations environment.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and basic inventory management.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance in a factory setting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping; familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
- Prior experience in distilleries, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field preferred.
