Job Description
Job Purpose
To lead and manage HR operations across multiple countries and locations, ensuring effective workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and employee engagement.
The Regional HR Manager partners with regional and country operations teams to ensure the availability of the right people, skills, and organizational structure to support VAS Global Services’ operational objectives across the region.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead regional HR operations across multiple countries and locations, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
Partner with Operations leadership and Country Managers on workforce requirements, staffing, performance, and employee matters.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment across the region.
Monitor employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and HR issues across assigned countries.
Ensure compliance with applicable local labour laws, employment regulations, and company HR policies across the region.
Drive performance management, KRAs, appraisal cycles, incentives, and employee development initiatives.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, payroll coordination, and other HR administration across assigned locations.
Lead employee engagement, retention, recognition, and culture initiatives across the region.
Identify HR risks and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Support new country, centre, and business expansion projects from an HR perspective.
Develop HR reports, dashboards, workforce analytics, and management updates for regional leadership.
Ensure HR documentation, records, audits, and reporting requirements are maintained accurately.
Support training, competency development, and succession planning across the region.
Drive standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes across countries while considering local requirements.

Qualification & Experience Requirement
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple countries, locations, or business units.
- Experience in a regional or multi-site HR role is preferred.
- Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven environments such as Visa Services, BPO, Government Services, Hospitality, or Contact Centres preferred.
- Strong experience partnering with Operations and senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting business expansion and workforce mobilization is preferred.
