Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Finance Head to oversee the organization's financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and financial management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and experience working with modern financial and business systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial plans, and cash-flow forecasts.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
- Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Use accounting software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools for financial management and reporting.
- Lead and supervise finance/accounting team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably in a senior position.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in relevant accounting and financial software.
- Ability to work with modern digital tools and technology.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of corporate systems and professional workplace practices.
