Key Responsibilities:
Audit Planning: Develop, structure, and execute risk-based audit strategies for client engagements.
Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and oversee field audit teams to ensure high-quality execution and deadline adherence.
Review & Finalization: Conduct thorough reviews of audit files, finalize working papers, and maintain rigorous quality control.
Reporting & Management Letters: Draft clear, actionable management letters and formal audit reporting packages.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Chartered Accountant (Newly Qualified / Fresher - ICAN/ICAI are also welcome).
Sector Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on audit experience in Banking & Insurance sectors (accumulated during articleship/practical training). Your Cv must demonstrate your working on Loan Portfolio Review or NFRS based reporting of BFIs.
Leadership: Proven ability to supervise audit teams on-site and manage client relations effectively.
Core Traits: Exceptional work ethic, highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and focused on quality execution.
