We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead – Offline Initiatives to lead offline and field sales efforts in Nepal.

The role will focus on building strong business relationships, identifying new opportunities, conducting meetings and product demonstrations, developing partnerships, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face sales, relationship building, negotiations, and managing B2B and institutional customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage offline sales opportunities across Kathmandu and other key locations in Nepal.
  • Build relationships with businesses, enterprises, MSMEs, institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop sales opportunities with colleges, universities, training institutions, associations, nonprofits, and other organizations.
  • Build and manage partnerships with consultants, trainers, agencies, and other potential channel partners.
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to convert workshops, events, and offline activities into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on customer needs.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of customers to the Customer Success team.
  • Coach and support Sales team members as the function grows.

Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B, enterprise, institutional, field, or consultative sales.
  • Experience managing a sales territory, key accounts, or business development activities.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Experience working with enterprises, MSMEs, institutions, or strategic partners will be an advantage.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Interest in AI, technology, SaaS, or digital products will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Nepal.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.
