ByaparHouse is building a digital marketplace connecting businesses, suppliers, sellers, service providers, and customers on one platform.
This is an early-stage company — we're not hiring someone to maintain a sales department; we're hiring someone to build our commercial engine from the ground up. You won't be handed a team to manage. You'll build the market first.
The Person We're Looking For
- We need a hunter, builder, and closer — someone who can walk into a business, understand the owner's problems, explain ByaparHouse, negotiate, onboard the business, and follow through until it generates real revenue.
- You should be comfortable with cold calling, field visits, rejection, negotiation, and working independently against targets.
- You don't need a fancy title from your last job. You need fire, intelligence, discipline, and execution.
Your Mission
- Build ByaparHouse's supply and business network — manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, grocery and fashion businesses, and other strategic partners — and turn that network into measurable revenue.
Core Responsibilities
Business & Vendor Acquisition
- Build prospect lists.
- Cold call, pitch, negotiate, close, and onboard businesses.
- Manage the complete acquisition journey: Prospect → Contact → Meeting → Onboard → Activate → Transaction → Repeat.
Field Sales
- Get out of the office: markets, wholesale areas, distribution centers, retail stores, and business offices.
- Find opportunities personally.
Relationship Management
- Follow up with onboarded vendors.
- Help them activate their catalogue.
- Turn first transactions into long-term accounts.
Revenue Generation
- A signed vendor who never transacts is not a successful sale.
- You'll be measured on active vendors, first transactions, repeat business, and revenue.
What You Won't Do
- Sit in the office waiting for leads.
- Send generic messages.
- Chase registrations that never go live.
- Wait for management to point you at customers.
If you need someone to tell you what to do every morning, this isn't the right role.
