Business Development Executive – Creative Services
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can help Pixeative connect with businesses, understand their communication and creative needs, and turn conversations into long-term client relationships.
This is a sales + relationship-building role within the creative industry. You don’t need to be a designer but you should be curious about branding, social media, content, and how creative work can help businesses grow.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and approach potential clients across different industries.
• Generate leads through research, networking, referrals, calls, messages, email and in-person meetings.
• Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for branding, social media, content, video and other creative services.
• Present Pixeative’s services and develop suitable proposals with the creative team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and develop recurring service relationships.
• Keep track of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and conversions.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in business development, sales, client servicing or marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with business owners, managers and decision-makers.
• Good understanding of social media, branding, advertising or creative services.
• Ability to identify business needs and translate them into potential creative solutions.
• Proactive, target-oriented and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building ability.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in creative business development are also encouraged to apply.
