We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Yatayat Officer to manage vehicle registration, ownership transfer, documentation, and coordination with relevant government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Yatayat-related documentation and processes for imported and new vehicles

• Manage vehicle registration, Namsari, renewal, and ownership transfer procedures

• Coordinate with Yatayat offices, customs, dealers, and internal teams

• Prepare and verify vehicle registration and ownership transfer documents

• Track registration and documentation status and ensure timely completion

• Maintain accurate records of bluebooks, ownership details, and related documents

• Ensure compliance with government rules, taxes, regulations, and procedures

• Resolve Yatayat-related documentation and registration issues

• Prepare regular reports and updates on vehicle registration activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile industry

• Strong practical knowledge of vehicle registration, Namsari, renewal, and import-related procedures

• Experience dealing with Yatayat offices and government authorities

• Good knowledge of automobile documentation and legal procedures

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
