Sales Administration
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales team and Sales Managers.
- Assist with client enquiries, follow-ups, documentation and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate client, lead and sales records in internal systems and CRM.
- Coordinate appointments, inspections and meetings
- Assist with sales administration from reservation through to settlement.
- Coordinate documentation with clients, agents, developers and solicitors/conveyancers.
- Monitor contracts, deposits and key transaction milestones.
- Follow up outstanding documents, signatures and payments
- Maintain up-to-date project information, pricing, availability and sales materials.
- Liaise with developers and external stakeholders as required.
- Assist with project launches, inspections, training and sales activities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain lead, enquiry, reservation and sales databases.
- Assist management with sales data and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate communication between Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Compliance and Operations teams
- Manage emails,filing and general correspondence.
- Support marketing campaigns, events and property inspections.
- Assist with team coordination and other administrative duties as required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, real estate administration, customer service or a similar role.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (English is the working language).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong data processing and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage effectively with sales teams, clients, and internal departments.
- Detail-oriented and highly responsible, with strong attention to accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Strong learning ability and adaptability to new tasks and environments.
- Capable of managing work-related stress and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- A strong sense of customer service, focused on delivering high-quality support to clients.
- Experience in property sales within a multinational corporation is considered an advantage.
