We're Hiring: Field Sales Representative — Offline Marketing (2 Positions)
Locations: Kathmandu & Pokhara

Colour Nepal is looking for two motivated Field Sales Representatives to visit retail stores and collect orders across their assigned city — one position in Kathmandu and one in Pokhara. This is an on-the-ground role perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships with shopkeepers, and growing sales store by store.
What you'll do
- Visit multiple retail stores daily across your assigned city
- Take and record orders from shopkeepers and store owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers in your area
- Promote Colour Nepal products and introduce them to new stores
- Follow up on deliveries, payments, and stock with each store
- Cover your assigned routes consistently and reach new shops to expand coverage
- Report daily orders and market feedback to the head office
What we're looking for
- Comfortable visiting stores in person and traveling around the city every day
- Good knowledge of the local kathmandu or Pokhara market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Experience in field sales, distribution, or order booking is a plus (freshers with the right attitude are welcome)
- A valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle (required for daily store visits)
- Fluency in Nepali; basic English is an advantage
