About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Officer to join our FMCG/Meat Manufacturing team. The role involves extensive field travel and managing sales activities across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels.
Key Responsibilities- Visit and manage MT and GT outlets regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Take regular market visits to identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and placement at outlets.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth order and delivery processes.
- Prepare basic sales and field visit reports.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food, or meat manufacturing.
- Freshers with strong interest in field sales may also be considered.
- Willingness to undertake extensive field travel.
- Experience or familiarity with MT and GT channels is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred/required.
