Reporting To: Business Head
Overall Responsibility
Responsible for driving Business growth, market expansion, and dealer network development (3S) for the EV Division, with a strong focus on institutional and B2B clients. The role requires strategic leadership, market insight, and close cross-functional collaboration to achieve both strategic and operational objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· (MBA or Master’s degree will be an added advantage.)
· Minimum 6–8 years of experience in business development & marketing, mandatory in the automobile, EV sectors.
· Proven experience in dealer network management, institutional/B2B/B2G large-account handling.
· Strong understanding of EV products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
· Experience working with Target forecasting, CRM tools, and MIS reporting.
· Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
