Sahara Mind is onboarding mental health professionals to join its digital platform providing accessible, remote therapy services.


We invite applications from qualified practitioners interested in delivering online therapy and psycho-social support through a flexible, platform-based model.


Who Can Apply

Applicants should meet one of the following criteria:


1. Clinical Psychologists

- MPhil in Clinical Psychology

- Valid registration with NHPC


2. Psychology Graduates

- Master’s degree in Psychology

- Relevant experience in counseling/therapy practice


3. Psycho-social Counselors

- Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology and/or Completion of a recognized psycho-social counseling training (e.g., 6-month certification from CTEVT or equivalent)

- Practical experience in counseling or psycho-social support settings


Additional Preferred Qualifications

- Training or certification in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Gestalt therapy)

- Experience with online/teletherapy

- Experience working with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, trauma, couples)


Nature of Engagement

- Platform-based, not a full-time salaried position

- Therapists work as independent practitioners

- Flexible scheduling based on availability

- Sessions conducted online via secure platform

- Client allocation based on specialization, availability, and demand


Basic Requirements

- Strong ethical practice and communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a private setting

- Reliable internet connectivity

- Willingness to follow platform guidelines and onboarding processes
