They maintain both corporate offices and warehouse facilities, serving a growing customer base through innovative affiliate marketing strategies focused on social media influencer partnerships. As a TikTok Influencer Outreach & Affiliate Marketing Assistant, you will execute high-volume daily outreach campaigns to connect with fitness and wellness influencers on TikTok, serving as the frontline of the company's affiliate recruitment strategy.

This role is about precision and consistency—you'll follow established protocols to send 1,000 to 2,000 direct messages per day to potential brand partners, using proven templates and search strategies already developed by the team. Your work directly fuels the company's affiliate network growth, allowing their core management team to focus on relationship building and contract negotiations while you handle the critical first touchpoint.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Central Time | Fixed Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily cold DM outreach campaigns on TikTok targeting 1,000-2,000 potential affiliate influencers
• Search and filter content creators using specific keywords including gym, fitness, physique, and wellness niches
• Identify actively posting influencers who have uploaded content within the last week or hours
• Send standardized outreach messages offering peptide sponsorship opportunities to qualified influencers
• Follow detailed Google Docs protocols and step-by-step execution guides for all outreach activities
• Redirect interested influencers who respond to outreach directly to affiliate managers for follow-up
• Onboard new affiliates through the company's custom-coded login portal and website plugin
• Maintain consistent daily outreach volume without requiring creative adaptation or strategy development

Must-Have Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer support or outreach roles
• Proven ability to execute high-volume repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Comfort with copy-paste workflows and following detailed written protocols
• Experience with social media platforms, particularly TikTok
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup

• Previous experience with influencer outreach or affiliate marketing
• Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or supplement industry terminology
