Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Dhobighat, Lalitpur. The Physiotherapist will assess patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy and physiotherapy interventions. Daily tasks include conducting detailed physical assessments, implementing exercise and rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment as needed. The role also involves educating patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise plans, and long-term health maintenance. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with medical and therapy teams, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold safety and quality standards in patient care.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills in physiotherapy assessment, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation program design.
  • Ability to manage orthopedic and neurological cases, including pain management, mobility restoration, and functional training.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid understanding of evidence-based practice, clinical documentation, and professional ethics.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or license as required in Nepal.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhobighat, Lalitpur, manage a consistent full-time schedule, and maintain professional conduct in a busy clinical environment.
  • Prior experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings is an advantage; familiarity with manual therapy-focused approaches is a plus.
