Physiotherapist – Clinical Application & Product Support

Company: Nesa World Nepal

Position: Physiotherapist – Clinical Application & Product Support

Location: Nepal

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

Nesa World Nepal is looking for a motivated and clinically oriented Physiotherapist to support the application, demonstration, and clinical use of our non-invasive neuromodulation technology.

The ideal candidate should have strong physiotherapy fundamentals, good communication skills, and the ability to understand and implement treatment protocols. He/she will work closely with patients, doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions to ensure the technology is appropriately introduced and utilized.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Assessment & Treatment Support

  • Assess patients and understand their clinical conditions, symptoms, and treatment requirements.
  • Determine whether a patient is suitable for treatment based on established clinical guidelines, protocols, and contraindications.
  • Operate and utilize the neuromodulation machine according to approved protocols and training.
  • Select and apply appropriate treatment protocols based on the patient's condition and clinical requirements.
  • Ensure proper patient positioning, machine setup, and treatment parameters before and during sessions.
  • Monitor patients throughout treatment and document relevant observations and outcomes.
  • Identify any concerns, adverse responses, or contraindications and escalate them appropriately to the supervising healthcare professional.
  • Maintain accurate patient treatment records and follow-up information.
  • Support healthcare professionals in integrating the technology into their existing treatment plans.

2. Product Demonstration & Clinical Presentation

  • Conduct professional demonstrations of the machine for hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, physiotherapy centers, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Clearly explain the technology, mechanism of action, applications, treatment protocols, and potential clinical benefits.
  • Present the product from a clinical and evidence-based perspective, rather than simply as a sales product.
  • Answer questions from doctors, physiotherapists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Explain appropriate patient selection, treatment procedures, safety considerations, and protocol usage.
  • Conduct introductory training and hands-on orientation for healthcare professionals when required.

3. Business Development & Product Pitching

  • Support the sales and business development team in presenting the product to healthcare institutions.
  • Identify clinical needs and demonstrate how the technology may fit into the institution's existing services.
  • Participate in meetings, product presentations, workshops, conferences, and clinical demonstrations.
  • Communicate effectively with decision-makers and healthcare professionals to build confidence in the technology.
  • Follow up with institutions after demonstrations and provide appropriate clinical support.
  • Help identify potential hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare organizations that may benefit from the technology.

4. Clinical & Institutional Support

  • Serve as a clinical point of contact between Nesa World Nepal and healthcare institutions.
  • Provide ongoing technical and protocol-related support to institutions using the machine.
  • Assist institutions in developing appropriate treatment workflows and patient protocols.
  • Collect feedback from healthcare professionals and patients and communicate relevant insights to the management team.
  • Assist with troubleshooting basic operational or protocol-related issues and coordinate with the appropriate technical team when necessary.
  • Maintain professional relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, hospital management, and other healthcare stakeholders.

5. Training & Knowledge Development

  • Stay updated on neuromodulation, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, pain management, and related clinical developments.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the machine, treatment protocols, indications, contraindications, and clinical applications.
  • Participate in internal and external training programs.
  • Assist in preparing clinical presentations, educational materials, training content, and demonstrations.
  • Support workshops and educational programs conducted by Nesa World Nepal.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Represent Nesa World Nepal professionally during hospital visits, meetings, conferences, and demonstrations.
  • Travel to hospitals and healthcare institutions within Nepal as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and institutional information.
  • Ensure proper handling, cleanliness, and safe use of the equipment.
  • Maintain records of demonstrations, treatments, institutional visits, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Perform other clinical, training, or business-support responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent.
  • Valid professional registration/license to practice in Nepal.
  • Strong understanding of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, pain management, and patient assessment.
  • Good understanding of clinical safety, contraindications, and treatment planning.
  • Comfortable learning and operating new medical/clinical technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with doctors, physiotherapists, hospital management, and patients.
  • Willingness to travel for hospital visits, demonstrations, and training programs.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain clinical and institutional records.
  • Freshers can apply too

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a hospital, physiotherapy clinic, rehabilitation center, or similar healthcare setting.
  • Experience with medical devices, rehabilitation technologies, or neuromodulation.
  • Experience conducting clinical demonstrations or healthcare product presentations.
  • Experience working with hospitals or healthcare institutions.
  • Strong interest in combining clinical practice with healthcare technology and business development.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Correct and consistent implementation of treatment protocols.
    • Quality of patient handling and clinical support.
    • Number and quality of institutional demonstrations conducted.
    • Successful onboarding and training of healthcare institutions.
    • Quality of communication and follow-up with healthcare professionals.
    • Institutional and clinician satisfaction.
    • Contribution to product adoption and business development.
    • Accurate reporting and documentation.

    Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is clinically confident, technically curious, and commercially aware—a physiotherapist who can not only understand patient needs and apply treatment protocols correctly, but also confidently explain the technology to doctors and healthcare institutions and help them understand its clinical value.

The role is ideal for a physiotherapist who wants to build a career at the intersection of healthcare, rehabilitation, medical technology, and clinical business development.
