Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Detailing:

Learn and promote derma and antibiotic products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals using approved materials.

· Territory Coverage:

Assist in planning and executing doctor visits, chemist calls, and hospital coverage as per guidance.

· Sales Support:

Help achieve monthly sales targets through ethical promotion and relationship building.

· Market Intelligence:

Collect prescription data, competitor insights, and share reports with the manager.

· Compliance:

Follow company SOPs and Nepal DDA regulations for ethical promotion.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred; Business acceptable).

· Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in pharma sales.

· Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

· Valid two-wheeler license and readiness for field travel.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

· Basic understanding of dermatology and antibiotic therapies (training will be provided).

· Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to build a career in pharma sales.

Location: Kathmandu, Dhangadhi, Nepalgunj, Birgunj and assigned territory (field-based)
