Qualifications

Expertise in Loan Processing and handling Loans, with a solid understanding of Australian mortgage products and procedures.
Strong skills in managing and reviewing Loan Documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant guidelines.
Knowledge of Underwriting principles and criteria to support accurate assessment and decision-making for mortgage applications.
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to liaise with clients, brokers, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
Relevant experience in mortgage processing or financial services, preferably with exposure to Australian lending standards.
Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using loan processing software and standard office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple files, and meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; additional certifications in mortgage or lending are an advantage.
