We are seeking an ambitious, result-driven Project Sales Executive to aggressively grow our project revenue and take charge of key commercial, residential, and industrial projects. This role is built for a proactive sales professional who can hunt high-value leads, get our brand specified with decision makers, and convert active project quotes into signed purchase orders to immediately boost team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline: Identify and track ongoing and upcoming real estate, commercial, and industrial projects in the target region.
  • Key Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, MEP consultants, architects, EPC contractors, and interior designers.
  • Specification & Pitching: Get company products specified during the design/planning stage with architects and technical consultants.
  • Bidding & Negotiation: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, participate in project tenders, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support for project orders.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Job Specification

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–6 years of proven B2B project sales experience (preferably in electrical goods, building materials, lighting, or construction supplies).
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read architectural/electrical blueprints and understand technical product specifications.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, contract drafting, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and consultant meets
  • Project Acquisition & Sales Growth: Aggressively track upcoming real estate, commercial, and industrial developments to secure high-ticket project orders and drive revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the existing project sales team to streamline project tracking, ensure follow-ups, and elevate overall team performance.
  • Must have a valid Driving License and own a two-wheeler (bike) for frequent site visits, developer meetings, and regional field mobility.
