Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving parcels from the Kathmandu hub and recording them accurately in the system.
- Support the allocation of tasks to delivery agents under the supervision of the Hub In-Charge.
- Help track and reconcile COD collections from delivery agents and prepare them for bank deposit.
- Coordinate with delivery riders and assist in onboarding new riders.
- Help manage communication with the transportation company for return shipments.
- Maintain office documents and records, and ensure basic administrative support for daily hub operations.
- Assist in providing Walk-In Support (WIS) to riders for issues not solvable through online platforms.
Job Specifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, data entry, and record management.
- Good communication, coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of cash handling and reconciliation; prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer support will be an added advantage.
