Job Description
Hiring: Spare Parts Incharge | Nepalgunj
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Handle inward and outward spare parts transactions.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Workshop, Sales, and Procurement teams for spare parts requirements.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving spare parts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ensure proper storage, binning, labeling, and stock accuracy.
- Prepare regular inventory, stock movement, and consumption reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management, Automobile, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in automobile spare parts, store, or inventory operations.
- Knowledge of spare parts identification and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP/DMS is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Immediate availability to join.
