Guests can choose between cozy indoor seating or a refreshing outdoor setting, both designed for relaxation and comfort. In addition to dining, Nature Club provides a seminar, meeting, and training hall with a capacity of up to 150 people, as well as a private family room for smaller gatherings. The restaurant hosts a variety of events, including ceremonies, annual meetings, and weddings, making it a versatile destination. With delicious food, a tranquil atmosphere, and the therapeutic sound of its fountain, Nature Club focuses on memorable experiences for every visitor.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Nepal. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, VAT billing book keeping and performance management to ensure smooth service throughout the day. Responsibilities include monitoring food and beverage quality, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role involves managing reservations and events, supporting the organization of seminars, family gatherings, and special occasions, while ensuring an excellent guest experience. The Restaurant Manager will also handle customer feedback, manage inventory and supplies, assist with cost control, and contribute to local marketing initiatives that support business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff, guests, and event organizers.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and basic people-management skills to build and develop a reliable restaurant team.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge to oversee menu offerings, quality, and presentation.
- 3 years of prior experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in operations and events.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with basic budgeting, inventory control, and vendor coordination is an advantage.
