Job Description
At Pumori Journeys, we believe travel should be authentic and transformative, and we are looking for an experienced Travel Designer to craft these itineraries.
About the Role
As a Travel Designer, you will be responsible for designing customised travel experiences from the first inquiry through to operational planning. You will work closely with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, guides, and our operations team to ensure every journey runs seamlessly.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with exceptional organisational skills and has a genuine passion for Nepal's tourism industry.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Create travel packages from start to finish.
* Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Continuously research new destinations, experiences, and accommodation options.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
* Knowledge of destinations across Nepal.
* Experience creating customized travel itineraries.
* Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
* Licensed Trekking Guide.
* Licensed City Guide.
* Experience working with international clients.
* Knowledge of luxury, adventure, or experiential travel.
