Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills with a proven background in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor occupancy, room rates, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth hotel operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in hotel operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Financial management and budgeting experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
