Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of all departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, hospitality, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate resort staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor occupancy, reservations, and revenue to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth resort operations.
  • Develop promotional activities and work with the sales and marketing team to increase bookings.
  • Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.


  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort management, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Financial and budget management experience.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations.
