The resort is also conveniently situated near the Muktinath temple, making it an attractive destination for both leisure travelers and pilgrims seeking comfort.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dishwasher role based in Kathmandu. The Dishwasher will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards. Daily tasks include operating dishwashing machines, hand-washing delicate items, organizing clean items in proper storage areas, and assisting with basic kitchen cleanliness such as wiping surfaces and taking out trash. The role may also involve supporting food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff and maintaining a tidy work environment to ensure smooth kitchen operations. The Dishwasher will collaborate with the kitchen and service team to help deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong dishwashing and cleaning skills, including safe operation of dishwashing equipment and proper sanitation practices.
- Basic food preparation and cooking support skills, with an understanding of kitchen hygiene and organization.
- Effective communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction when supporting the kitchen and service teams.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant kitchen is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
