Job Description
We are looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer (Video & Motion Graphics) to handle the complete video production process—from shooting high-quality footage to editing engaging short-form content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of videography, storytelling, motion graphics, and social media content creation.
Location: Baneshwor, Kathmandu
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday-Friday)
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos for social media and digital platforms.
- Capture visually appealing footage with proper lighting, framing, composition, and camera movement.
- Edit engaging videos with smooth transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and storytelling techniques.
- Create motion graphics and basic visual effects to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute content ideas.
- Manage both production and post-production workflows efficiently.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, editing trends, and social media content formats.
- Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong understanding of filmmaking fundamentals, including lighting, framing, composition, and camera settings.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and editing trends.
- Ability to independently handle video shoots and post-production.
- Portfolio or previous work showcasing videography and editing skills is required.
