About the RoleWe're looking for a Content & Video Production Coordinator to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of project coordination and creative writing, you'll keep our video editing pipeline organized and on schedule, develop scripts and content ideas across 4–5 brands, and lend a hand on marketing tasks as needed. It's a great fit for someone who's organized, a strong writer, and excited to work across multiple brand voices at once.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editor Task Management
· Own the day-to-day task list and workflow for the video editing team
· Assign, track, and follow up on edits to keep projects moving and on deadline
· Organize raw footage, briefs, and assets so editors have what they need, when they need it
· Flag bottlenecks early and coordinate revisions/feedback loops between stakeholders and editors
Scripts & Content Ideas
· Write scripts and develop content concepts for 4–5 brands/companies, adapting tone and style to
each
· Research trends, formats, and competitor content to keep ideas fresh and relevant
· Maintain a running content calendar/idea pipeline so editors always have a backlog to work from
Marketing Support (Secondary)
· Assist with marketing tasks as needed, campaign coordination, social posting support, basic copy,
reporting, etc.
· Collaborate with the marketing team on ad hoc requests outside of core video/content duties
What We're Looking For· 2+ years of experience in content coordination, video production support, social media, or a related
field
· Strong writing skills with the ability to switch tone/voice across different brands
· Highly organized with solid project/task management instincts
· Comfortable juggling multiple brands and priorities at once
· Clear communicator who can translate between creative and operational needs
· Genuine interest in video content, social trends, and marketing
· Experience working in PR or on-field production
Nice to Have· Basic familiarity with video editing software/terminology (Premiere, CapCut, etc.); you won't be editing,
but it helps to speak the language
· Prior experience working with multiple brands or clients simultaneously
· Some hands-on marketing experience (social, email, paid, etc.)
