Job Description
we're looking for a creative, camera-confident Content Creator to help bring CodeMantra's story to life across social media. You'll be the face and voice behind our video content — comfortable in front of the camera, quick to adapt to trends, and skilled enough with basic editing to turn raw footage into polished, engaging posts.
Job Responsibility:
- Plan, script, shoot, and present engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Edit videos by adding captions, transitions, music, and effects to create polished content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Coordinate with students, parents, influencers, or team members for collaborative content when required.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and create content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong confidence in appearing and speaking on camera.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Nepali, or both.
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
