Core Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop social media content, including post ideas and captions
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for social media
- Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with the graphic designer and website designer for daily operations.
- Assist in organizing the seminar, including overseeing the overall contents for social media and coordinating with the team members.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management
- Coordinate with the senior team and execute new strategies to align with overall business objectives
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelors Complete
- 3-4 years of experience in Social Media Handling & content writing
- Proficient in Canva and CapCut,
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
