The Sales Officer will manage day-to-day sales activities, including identifying prospective clients, conducting sales visits, and presenting products and services to potential and existing customers. This role involves following up on leads, maintaining accurate sales records, supporting channel partners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer will also handle customer queries, assist in resolving issues, and provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-centric mindset with skills in Customer Service and effective Communication.
- Ability to identify and qualify prospects, with experience in Lead Generation and basic Sales Operations.
- Experience in managing and supporting Channel Sales, including coordination with distributors or partners.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and maintaining sales documentation and reports.
- Prior experience in field sales or trading-related industries is an advantage.
- Minimum of a higher secondary diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Kathmandu and willingness to travel locally for client and partner meetings.
