Role Description
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (employers for job placements, property owners for rental listings)
- Promote Jobs And Keys' services through direct outreach, social media, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve monthly sales/lead targets and report progress to management
- Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and community/business events
- Collaborate with the manager and property teams to align sales efforts with service capacity
- Gather market insights and client feedback to help refine offerings
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service and Training skills to support clients, address concerns, and guide them through solutions.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Basic understanding of strategic management or business operations is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client relations is preferred but not strictly required. (Freshers can also apply)
Salary: 40,000 (Plus Incentives)
