This position focuses on engaging potential and existing clients, explaining service offerings clearly, and maintaining professional communication throughout the sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting sales operations to meet revenue targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals, ensure accurate information about construction and interior services, and maintain organized records of client interactions. The Communication Sales Officer will also contribute to channel sales activities, build long-term customer relationships, and represent Subhakarya Construction with a client-centered approach.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and support the sales process.
- Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience or skills to work with partners and expand market reach.
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and a client-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of construction, interior design, or related service industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant office and communication tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles and an educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
