We are seeking a strategic and leadership-focused Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead our QA engineers across multiple teams. In this leadership-first role, you will own the quality strategy, hiring, mentoring, and test review processes. Your responsibility involves overseeing the continuous monitoring of all stages of software development to ensure compliance with high standards. Job Description:

As a QA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the quality vision for our software products. You will lead and mentor QA engineers in multiple teams, providing technical guidance and overseeing the implementation of robust testing platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the end-to-end quality strategy, encompassing both manual and automation testing frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop QA engineers across multiple teams.
• Establish quality standards, testing best practices, and automation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage QA resource planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Review test artifacts, including test plans and automation scripts, providing technical guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to ensure quality is integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Drive innovation in data QA and complex business logic testing within the US healthcare domain.
• Ensure effective communication and overlap with US-based hours for stakeholder alignment.

Job Specification:

Required Skills and Expertise:

1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Application, or a related field.
2. Experience: 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and 1+ year of experience in a QA Manager role
3. Proficiency in various testing types, including functional, non functional, manual, regression, smoke, acceptance, load, performance, and security testing.
4. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
5. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
6. Strong knowledge of RDBMS and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
7. Practical experience with at least one public cloud ecosystem (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
8. Experience in managing manual and automation QA.
9. Strong foundation in AI concepts is required and hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code or Codex is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to specific US healthcare domains (HIPAA/PHI, HEDIS, risk adjustment, medical record retrieval, claims, EHR/interoperability)
• Experience scaling or restructuring QA teams
• Modern automation frameworks / CI-CD-integrated testing
• Experience working on or managing data QA
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Healthcare domain knowledge is highly preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge in automation is preferred.
