Job Description
The Admin & IT Officer will manage day-to-day administrative support while ensuring reliable IT operations for RV Group Nepal. This role suits a candidate with 3+ years of experience who can handle multiple priorities, troubleshoot routine technology issues, and support smooth operations across the real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate office administration activities including documentation control, filing, and maintaining updated records for daily operations.
Manage IT operations: user access support, device setup, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining inventory of hardware and peripherals.
Support software and systems used by the company (e.g., email, cloud drives, office productivity tools), including user onboarding and access updates.
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and oversee maintenance/vendor coordination for printers, internet devices, and other essentials.
Track attendance/leave-related administration as assigned and support internal reporting needs for office operations.
Assist with procurement support for office/admin needs by preparing requisitions, maintaining vendor records, and following up on orders.
Support the real estate team with operational IT and administrative requirements such as organizing project documents and ensuring secure data handling.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer/IT, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience in administration and IT support roles within an office environment.
Ability to multitask — manage concurrent admin tasks, IT support requests, and time-sensitive follow-ups while maintaining accurate records.
Ability to work independently and also in a group — complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and coordinate with other teams when needed.
Ability to perform under pressure — handle urgent user issues, equipment failures, and time-critical administrative deadlines.
Communication and teamwork skills — coordinate effectively with staff and vendors, document issues, and provide clear updates on task status.
Dedicated Team Player — reliably support shared office goals, follow internal processes, and maintain consistent service to internal users.
Networking and basic IT troubleshooting — knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi basics, printers/network devices, and step-by-step troubleshooting.
Data security and access control — ability to manage user permissions, maintain confidentiality of company documents, and ensure safe data storage practices.
Technical Skills:
Basic Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
Basic Knowledge of networking protocols and systems management.
