We’re Hiring: LMS Content Producer/Co-ordinator

Location: Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu

Type: Full-time

Office Timing: 10 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Attractive and negotiable

What You’ll Do

Writing, structuring, and editing e-learning course content based on materials provided (such as directives, bylaws, or reference documents).
Researching and simplifying complex concepts from the banking and finance sector into learner-friendly scripts.
Using AI tools intelligently and efficiently to assist in content creation while ensuring quality and originality.
Collaborating with internal teams (animator & designer), to align course structure and flow.
Coordinating with subject matter experts for content reviews
Communicating with clients to understand their training needs, gather inputs, and develop tailored course content.
Managing end-to-end LMS workflow for all courses.
Managing timelines and ensuring content is delivered with clarity, accuracy, and creativity.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has at least Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Banking, Management, or related fields, or a semi-qualified CA.
Has strong understanding of banking operations, financial regulations, or compliance topics.
Genuinely enjoys reading, researching, and learning new things.
Can use AI tools effectively (ChatGPT, Claude, Notebook LM, etc.) to enhance writing and productivity.
Has excellent writing and communication skills, in both English and Nepali.
Is detail-oriented, structured, and can think from both the learner’s and client’s perspective.
Can take ownership and manage multiple course projects efficiently.
