SoftUp is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Pokhara! This is a full-time, on-site role at SoftUp's Pokhara office. As a Full Stack Developer, you will:
- Develop and maintain web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Work extensively on Next.js for frontend development.
- Build and integrate scalable REST APIs using Node.js & Express.js.
- Deploy projects and manage cloud-based hosting solutions.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless integrations.
- Debug and troubleshoot performance issues to optimize applications.
- Ensure quality assurance by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of experience and expertise in the following areas:
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Firebase, etc.).
- Familiarity with best practices for scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications.
- Ability to deploy and manage production-ready applications.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies.
- Experience with MySQL and database management.
- Basic knowledge of mobile technology and Flutter.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest technologies.
