The company offers opportunities for growth, ownership, and direct impact on products and client outcomes.Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end components in a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. Daily responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and optimizing server-side logic, integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless communication between client and server layers. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, review code, and participate in testing and deployment processes. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, improving performance, and contributing to architectural decisions and best practices within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development for building reliable server-side applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end layers into cohesive solutions.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, follow coding standards, and perform effective code reviews.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with modern frameworks, testing tools, and deployment pipelines is an advantage.
