Job Description
About The Role

GetSign is becoming a layer that lets AI agents build, run, and govern business processes across the platforms teams already use, starting with document-heavy workflows like sales, HR, and procurement. We're hiring a hybrid technical/solutions role — part Forward Deployed Engineer, part Solutions Engineer, part community lead — to implement, integrate, and evolve the product directly with customers and builders.

This person will be a founding technical voice in our transition to "AI coders as implementers of business process": someone who codes, integrates systems, and also designs and ships client-facing workflow solutions, while keeping humans in full control and governance of what agents do.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and help deploy AI-native workflows for customers — translating document-heavy processes into automated, agent-executable systems with full human oversight and audit trails.
  • Act as lead implementation consultant: scope client needs, architect solutions across integration platforms, and drive projects from kickoff to production.
  • Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect GetSign to third-party platforms and agent ecosystems.
  • Build, grow, and support a community of builders (partners, developers, power users) extending GetSign — through documentation, sample workflows, office hours, and direct engagement.
  • Feed field learnings back into the product team: identify gaps, propose new capabilities, and help prioritize the roadmap based on real implementation friction.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers navigating the shift from manual tools to AI-operated systems, building confidence in agent governance and reliability.

Who You Are

  • A coder first — comfortable writing and shipping real code (Python/JavaScript/TypeScript or similar), not just clicking through no-code builders.
  • Fluent in APIs, webhooks, and ideally MCP — you understand how to wire disparate systems together and how AI agents call tools.
  • A solutions engineer at heart — you can sit with a customer, understand their workflow pain, and architect a working solution, not just explain a feature.
  • Certified (or equivalent hands-on depth) in one or more of: AWS, Make, monday.com, or comparable platforms — academic background welcome, but proven, applied skill matters more than the degree.
  • Genuinely excited about AI agents as builders and operators of business systems — not just AI as a chat assistant bolted onto old software.
  • A natural community builder — you like teaching, documenting, and helping other builders succeed, not just doing the work yourself.
  • Based in Nepal, fully remote, with the flexibility to overlap significantly with US business hours for customer and team collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with document-centric workflows (e-signature, contracts, HR onboarding, procurement approvals).
  • Prior experience as a forward-deployed engineer, implementation consultant, or solutions architect at a SaaS or platform company.
  • Contributions to open-source tools, agent frameworks, or MCP servers.
