Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team at RRP Associates. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of accounting and auditing projects, gaining valuable experience in the field of finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports.
Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records for clients.
Conduct financial analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide support during audit engagements, including the examination of financial transactions and documentation.
Assist in tax planning and compliance for individual and corporate clients.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Pursuing or holding a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to client service.
