Role Description: The Partnership Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. The primary focus of this position is to assist in identifying and onboarding new vendors for Pathao Food, Bazaar, and Rental services through diligent lead follow-ups and field coordination. In this capacity, the associate supports the Acquisition & Relationship Management team by conducting vendor outreach, delivering presentations, and effectively sharing information regarding the benefits of the Pathao platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new vendors for Pathao Food, Bazaar, and Rental services through lead follow-ups and field coordination.
- Support the Acquisition Executive in vendor outreach, presentations, and information sharing regarding Pathao’s platform benefits.
- Help in collecting, organizing, and maintaining documentation related to contracts, renewals, and compliance.
- Coordinate with the Data team and the Executive to track vendor performance and market trends.
- Participate in training sessions for vendors regarding dashboard use and platform processes.
- Assist in campaign executions, promotions, and other collaborative initiatives with internal teams.
- Help implement merchandising and vendor-tier-based strategies under the guidance of the Executive.
- Participate in vendor meetings for branding, marketing, and business improvement tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication and maintain a positive relationship with vendors.
- Prepare and submit basic daily or weekly updates and assist in compiling performance reports for the Executive.
- Perform additional administrative or support tasks as assigned by the Executive or team lead.
Qualifications and Other Specifications:
- Good communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Basic decision-making and customer service skills.
- Organized, responsive, and task-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & G Suite
- Minimum education: +2 completed (Bachelor’s ongoing or preferred).
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or admin support roles will be an advantage.
Note: A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory for this role.
