Job Description
Job PurposeThe Hindi Language Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the Language Lab by ensuring the quality and accuracy of Hindi learning content, coordinating mentor sessions, managing digital content, and assisting in the successful execution of Hindi language programs. The role requires excellent reading, writing, and spoken proficiency in both Hindi and English to maintain high academic and operational standards.
- Attend and actively participate in mentor sessions, providing operational and administrative support.
- Coordinate and manage mentor schedules and sessions for Hindi language programs.
- Conduct content verification to ensure the accuracy, quality, and relevance of educational materials.
- Review, update, and maintain Hindi learning content across digital platforms.
- Perform daily content mapping and organization within the Ambition Guru platform.
- Support the creation, categorization, and maintenance of language-learning resources.
- Ensure consistency in language usage, grammar, spelling, and formatting across all learning materials.
- Collaborate with academic, content, and technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of content updates.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist in operational activities related to the Language Lab and contribute to the smooth execution of departmental initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Languages, English, Hindi, Education, or related fields will be preferred.

- Prior experience in content management, language teaching, academic support, translation, or educational operations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent reading, writing, and spoken proficiency in both Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Strong command of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and written communication.
- Strong command of English for communication, documentation, and coordination.
- Good understanding of Indian language usage, culture, and communication context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to review and verify educational content accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
