Job Description
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendars.
- Design and implement L1, L2, and L3 competency-based training programs.
- Develop training modules, presentations, SOPs, manuals, and assessments.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
- Deliver product knowledge training for all vehicle models.
- Conduct sales process and dealership SOP training.
- Train on prospecting, lead management, customer handling, negotiation, objection handling, follow-up, and closing techniques.
- Conduct customer experience (CX) and communication skills training.
- Organize product launch, refresher, and campaign training.
- Coordinate OEM training and certification programs.
- Conduct showroom observations and on-the-job coaching.
- Mentor and coach sales executives and team leaders.
- Monitor employee competency progression through L1, L2, and L3.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and field observations.
- Maintain training records, competency matrix, and certification status.
- Track employee training hours and learning progress.
- Analyze sales performance and identify competency gaps.
- Submit weekly and monthly training reports.
- Ensure compliance with OEM training standards and company policies.
- Support branch managers in developing high-performing sales teams.
