Job Description
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA).
  • Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendars.
  • Design and implement L1, L2, and L3 competency-based training programs.
  • Develop training modules, presentations, SOPs, manuals, and assessments.
  • Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
  • Deliver product knowledge training for all vehicle models.
  • Conduct sales process and dealership SOP training.
  • Train on prospecting, lead management, customer handling, negotiation, objection handling, follow-up, and closing techniques.
  • Conduct customer experience (CX) and communication skills training.
  • Organize product launch, refresher, and campaign training.
  • Coordinate OEM training and certification programs.
  • Conduct showroom observations and on-the-job coaching.
  • Mentor and coach sales executives and team leaders.
  • Monitor employee competency progression through L1, L2, and L3.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and field observations.
  • Maintain training records, competency matrix, and certification status.
  • Track employee training hours and learning progress.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify competency gaps.
  • Submit weekly and monthly training reports.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM training standards and company policies.
  • Support branch managers in developing high-performing sales teams.
