Job Description

One of our sister concern, MAW Hire Purchase Pvt. Ltd., is looking for for a results-driven and experienced Loan and Recovery Manager to lead our loan disbursement operations and recovery portfolio. The ideal candidate will balance aggressive loan growth with disciplined NPA management, ensuring the company achieves its financial targets while maintaining a healthy and compliant portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Drive loan disbursement targets (volume and ticket size).
Lead end to end credit appraisal, site visit, and approval process.
Manage collection across all DPD buckets (0+, 30+, 60+, 90+)
Develop and execute monthly recovery plans to reduce NPA
Conduct field visits to high-risk and delinquent accounts
Coordinate legal recovery (foreclosure or auction) with the legal team
Monitor portfolio health and submit MIS and recovery reports to management
Manage dealer relationships and loan sourcing networks
Ensure compliance with NRB guidelines and company credit policy
Lead, coach, and develop the loan and recovery team
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Credit, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams.
Drive a performance oriented and customer centric culture within the team.
Analyse market trends, competitor products, and interest rate benchmarks to optimise pricing strategy

Qualification And Experience

Bachelorâ€™s degree in finance, BBA, or related field (Master's preferred).
Professional certification in credit or banking is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years in lending, credit, or recovery in Bank and Finance Company.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven track record in loan target achievement and NPA reduction.
Prior experience in Hire Purchase, Auto Loan, or Equipment Financing will be preferred.
