Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and computer-based accounting systems. Local candidate will be given special priority.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, payment records, and financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage tax-related documentation and compliance.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and auditing activities.
Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Carry out other finance and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and record management.
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
Valid driving license.
Must own a personal vehicle.
