Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India. The candidate will be involved in day-to-day plant or operations activities, which may include supporting production processes, monitoring quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. Responsibilities can also include maintaining documentation, assisting with inventory or material handling, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility. The role requires active participation on the shop floor, clear communication with supervisors and peers, and consistent attention to detail to support smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality guidelines within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
  • Basic understanding of production, packaging, or warehouse operations, with the capacity to work effectively on the shop floor.
  • Strong observation skills and attention to detail for monitoring processes, identifying issues, and reporting them accurately.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as required by on-site operations.
  • Minimum educational qualification such as a high school diploma or vocational/technical training; additional certification in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial safety is an advantage.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward learning and following organizational policies.
