The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from product development and market analysis to pricing strategy, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance. This role serves as a bridge between product development, supply chain, sales, marketing, and distribution teams to ensure the successful launch and growth of products in the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and monitor new products based on market demand and consumer insights.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from concept development to market launch and performance evaluation.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing structures, promotional activities, and market positioning.
- Develop product pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Ensure products comply with all applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements, including DFTQC standards, food safety regulations, and other relevant certifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, distributors, and retail partners to ensure efficient product availability and distribution.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to enhance sales and profitability.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, demand forecasts, budgets, and product performance analyses.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Work with the digital marketing team to strengthen product visibility through online marketing initiatives.
- Lead product training sessions for sales and distribution teams to improve product knowledge and market effectiveness.
- Ensure proper inventory planning and stock management to minimize shortages and overstock situations.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share and business growth.
