About The OpportunityA Leading ISP is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Enterprise to lead our Enterprise Business Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the division's profit and loss (P&L), developing enterprise sales strategies, and leading a high-performing B2B sales team. This leadership role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in Nepal's telecom, ISP, or enterprise connectivity sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L Management
- Own and manage the division's Profit & Loss (P&L), including revenue, gross margin, operating costs, and net profit.
- Develop and achieve annual business targets, including sales volume, revenue, and EBITDA.
- Approve pricing strategies, discounts, and investment decisions within the division.
- Drive the adoption of SME and Enterprise Internet solutions for businesses with up to 20 employees.
- Lead sales of enterprise connectivity solutions, including:
- Dedicated Internet
- Data Connectivity
- Semi Enterprise Plans
- International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC)
- Dark Fiber Connectivity
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the enterprise customer base.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing B2B Sales and Account Management team.
- Ensure fast, reliable, and secure service delivery for SME and enterprise clients.
- Oversee post-sales support, customer retention, contract renewals, and account management.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop and refine enterprise solutions based on market demand and customer requirements.
- Master's degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B Telecommunications, ISP, or Enterprise Connectivity.
- At least 3 years of experience managing P&L in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of growing SME and Enterprise customer segments.
- Strong understanding of Nepal's broadband, leased line, fiber connectivity, and enterprise infrastructure market.
- Experience in budgeting, pricing strategies, sales planning, and business growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
